Private Charging Rates – Southern Stewart & Walker

Where we do not work under the terms of a no win, no fee agreement or in line with an agreed fixed fee we will charge you an hourly rate. The rate will depend on which member of our team is dealing with your matter. Currently our private hourly charging rates are as follows:-

Geoffrey Hindson (Solicitor & Partner) – £220.00 plus VAT of £44.00 (£264.00 incl. VAT)
Gavin Mills (Solicitor & Partner) – £195.00 plus VAT of £39.00 (£234.00 incl. VAT)
Fiona Lamb (Chartered Legal Executive & Partner) – £195.00 plus VAT of £39.00 (£234.00 incl. VAT)
