We have many years of experience in dealing with all types of personal injury and accident claims including road traffic accidents, slipping and tripping in public or private places and accidents at work. One of our Partners was a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and Association of Personal Injury (APIL) for many years.

A new claims process now applies to whiplash claims made for road traffic accidents which occurred on or after 31/05/21 and which arise out of the use of a motor vehicle. Most car, van, wagon and bus drivers and their passengers claiming for whiplash injuries must follow the new claims process. Successful claimants are no longer able to recover a contribution towards their legal costs from the party at fault. If they choose to instruct a solicitor they will have to pay their own fees.

Fixed compensation amounts (called tariffs) have also been introduced for whiplash injuries affecting the neck, back and shoulders which last for up to 2 years.

As a result of the above changes we no longer accept instructions for claims which fall into the new claims process.

We offer most clients a “no win, no fee” arrangement (Conditional Fee Agreement) in respect of the legal costs associated with an injury claim.

If we agree to act on your behalf under a conditional fee agreement we will advise you of the circumstances of which you may have to contribute towards our costs.
