Fiona qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2011. She has worked in private practice for over 30 years in the North East. She specialises in all residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership matters, right to buys, deeds of variation, purchase of freehold reversions, transfer of equity and voluntary first registrations.

Fiona joined Southern Stewart & Walker in April 2021 and is based at our Beach Road office. Fiona’s charging rate is £195.00 plus VAT, with routine letters and telephone calls charged at £19.50 plus VAT.
